Oh My!  A new gourmet burger spot, just what I needed. :)  I first heard about this on twitter and as the pics started rolling in I knew I had to check it out for myself.  Burgers with all kinds of delicious sounding ingredients and poutine with duck gravy,  I just have to try some of this.  At first glance my burger looked quite inferior to the "Howie burger" and "PEI burger" that were being eaten by my burger loving cohorts, however I wasn't disappointed. It wasn't stacked with pulled duck or mashed potatoes but the spices, sauce and goat cheese worked great together. The burger was cooked perfectly and the bun was soft and fresh, I guess that's what you can expect with local ingredients.  I ranked it a 9 out of 10 so I could leave a little room at the top. I'm totally expecting one of the other burgers on this menu to get the perfect score.
Oh yeah, I can't forget the fries. Hand cut PEI potatoes, thick cut and delicious. We didn't go away hungry.
