B-I-N-G-O, and GATSBY was his name-o.   Chipotle-BBQ Aioli, wow.  The ingredients  worked so well together, very nice size patty, well cooked, lots of bacon, mushrooms weren't overpowering and the bun was soft and delicious. My only request would be for a bit more pork rib on top.
Only a week left of PEIBurgerlove I don't expect to find a burger to beat this but I'm going to look for it's equal.

Other Comments:
Delicious and confusing.  I'm not sure if this is a Mediterranean burger or a Mexican burger, my guess is a bit of both.I was expecting Mexican with the salsa, avacado, peppers and corn chips but biting into it the flavors are suspiciously similar to the Goddess burger they are famous for. This isn't a bad thing but I wonder if they could of did something a bit different.  All that said though, based on everything else this burger has going on, I really liked it and it's right up there with a few others I've tried.

Other Comments:
BOOMburger is very often the go to spot for me when it comes to burgers. They are delicious. The only thing that separates this burger from one that you can get there every other day is the Tangy Zoom sauce. It's basically a thousand island type BigMac sauce. It is good, as is everything else on this burger. All local, PEI ingredients is a bonus when you eat here. The price is also excellent when compared to some other PEIBurgerLove creations. The "beef" I have with this is the construction of it. Onions on top and lettuce & tomato on the bottom = impossible to keep together. Give it a try upside down maybe you'll have better luck that I did. All in all pretty enjoyable just nothing out of the ordinary.

Oh Dear Buttered Griddled Roll.  Consuming you is putting me to sleep. Every bite reminded me of a buttery lobster roll. So rich and delicious it was almost too much. All the ingredients work very well together, it's almost like the chefs knew what they were doing. :-)  I only gave it a 9 out of 10 to leave room for something else that may be lurking out there. Don't be afraid of the stuffed pepperocini, the stuffing takes some of the bite away from the hot pepper. Delicious

Rating: 8.5 Mmmmmmmmm out of 10

Comments:
Green apple mayo + carmelized onions + Jack Daniels glaze = 1 very messy display of burger eating.
This was very tasty. The mixture of flavors are pretty amazing. I loved the potato bun, it was soft and delicious. It probably didn't suit this burger as well as another kind of roll just because of the amount of juiciness going on. It didn't hold things together as well as it should. Don't set this bad boy down while you are eating, if you do just go with the fork and knife method. Can't say anything else bad about this one though, just go for it.

Comments:
The stars of this are the PEI beef and the onion rings. Both were quite good.
I actually had to remove 2 of the onion rings from the burger to make it manageable to eat.
Unfortunately the rest of the ingredients didn't work well together.
I didn't like the slaw and the bun was cold. Sorry Razzy's hope you try again next year.

Comments:
Candied bacon is friggin awesome. This burger was huge. It filled the entire takeout container and was a full meal with 9 oz's of delicious PEI beef.  I'm not a big fan of mushroom so the texture turned me off a bit which is why I didn't rate it higher. I do think it will do quite well in the competition though as it reminded me of the Smokin Fox from Phinley's that won last year.
Lots and lots of beef, bacon, cheese and BBQ sauce. A recipe for success.

Comments:
Spicy.  The Hot peppers add a kick that maybe too much for some but I enjoyed them. It tasted a bit like a donair too which was good.  There were loads of veggies on it. The patty was a good size and the bun was nice and big to keep it all contained. It won't be my favorite but I'm guessing you could do a lot worst too.
Sorry for the crappy pictures.

The long wait is over. The East coast winter has been cruel and unforgiving, but finally out of the 10ft snow drift comes PEI Burger Love to the rescue.  April, please be good to us.
My first burger of the month comes to you from St. James Gate. It won't disappoint. I'm a sucker for corn bread, this bun was awesome. Lots of other great flavors as well, the sausage adds a nice amount of spice and the jam and relish the perfect amount of sweetness. I can hardly contain my excitement. Get out and get some burgs this month.  Where to next?
